    Make sure your biz is viable, you have a plan. If you can’t get focussed, you will go backwards. If you have a high leverage model, you should be able to go forward.

    Problem needs to be painful enough

    If you can’t deliver because you’re not proficient, you won’t be able to sell.

    PICK A PRODUCT
    Make sure you have a premium product. Some try to sell something small, retreat, then a book, then membership they try to upgrade at each level. It’s not big enough. Can’t be systemised(?) They’re filler products.
    We want you have a keystone product that is $1-5k program that is 6, 8, 12 weeks A course that takes them from the problem to promise. Core Product is 6-12 months for $5-50k next logical step forward.

    WHY DO YOU WANT TO USE THIS? Why is it important to keep focus?

    If you don’t take Action, you’ll go nowhere. These are activities which keep you moving forwards.
    If you quit, they will ask you, what steps have you taken, what action have you taken? If you don’t take action, how can you expect to move forward?

    STEP UP GROWTH
    Results are based on your ability to climb up the steps of success.
    Define the growth activities you’re going to take every week. Based on these control the action you’re going to take.
    They are going to help me to choose the steps.

    Move Quickly
    How can you move to the next step more quickly?
    Steps are things such as: launched a new challenge, a new webinar, approached organisations to do a free workshop for employees, strategy sessions, a new FB ad, a blog, video ad, interviews.

    MEASURE RESULTS BASED ON INPUT, NOT OUTPUT
    Rewards yourself based on the action you took. How can you progress faster?
    Admin is not growth. The top numbers represent the number of steps taken.
    High leverage steps will get you further.
    If you only do 4 things such as (an ad in the YP, A google Ad, launched a website, …)
    They want me to get 5 per week.
    Reward yourself for taking steps. You will go further by taking more action.
    They will help me to determine if I’m taking the right steps.
    See it as progress, not perfection.

    CERTAINTY
    Have self-belief. This impacts action and focus. If you don’t have certainty, you’ll grow slowly.

    Every step must have crucial initial focus. There must be 80% clarity on each step of the building process to ensure the right focus is made before moving up to the next.

    FEAR. Extremely important to overcome this first step when starting out as I will be expected to do things I have never done before to get things I have never had before. Fear will test you not only in life but in the business process. It must be fought off to soldier on to go to the next step. Focus 80% of time on getting rid of potential fears along the way.

    LEADS – Once fear is extremely easy to handle and there is little to no fear left to even think or worry about, focus 80% proactive time on implementing lead generation tactics to get new leads.

    SALES – As the leads come in, and fear is not an option, focus on sales, provide exceeding value and close deals and create clients, again spend 80% of time doing sales at this stage once the lead generation is working.

    SCALING – As momentum is built up, time is getting less and less available as sales are continuing to grow. Continue on to keep building as lead generation is being taken care of by mastering a strong lead generation system, followed by a strong sales and closing strategy to ensure consistent growth is occuring each week. Continue to build and build and scale towards the start of the leverage aspect of the business. $500,000+

    SYSTEMS – Create the scale high enough to ensure there is enough sales converting to ensure enough clients are in the business and only then, a recognized and reliable system will be put in place to ensure the same process will be followed from lead generation, to sales and client conversion. Scale the process with a team so I can leverage the business and they can do the same as me with no problem. Create this flow and it will continue to grow!

    What I am most excited about over the course of the next 7 days is my Clarity Session… to clearly know and love my niche and how to message to them. Setting the stage for some intense growth!

    The magic formula for real momentum = Focus, Action, Clarity

    When all three are in place, you’ll be able to make progress 100x faster. ONE direction

    I am brand new to this. I have only developed a framework for the programs I wish to offer. They theme around: Living an authentic life, mastering all aspects of self, sovereign leadership, how to live a truthful, honest life aligned with our highest values, holistic and complete health and wellness.     Summary of your current coaching business:

    In my boot camps I give quality camps at a price people can afford. I have 17 client with my camps. With 2 people starting next week. Bring it up to 19. I charge between $16.95 to $19.95. With only 4 people doing pt. I have people I have been training from 4 years to 2 years and some are coming back.
    I run in a park in Oxley being outside when it rains sometimes I have to cancel. It is just me running the camps.

    I am also in a gym where I am writing procedures and policies for the gym. I do have a small income coming through as we get a percentage of people that we sign up.

    What 3 outcomes do you most want to achieve in the next 8 weeks?

    I took handwritten notes. However, an enormous takeaway for me was the FAC model. I like it because it is incredibly simple, but unbelievably powerful. It is easy to remember, and therefore easy to remind yourself what you should be doing. I also think that FOCUS is the foundation, and needs good clear thought to come up with your niche.

    Focus, Action and Certainty are the reasons why I haven’t pushed forward to success in the past.

    Focus – I love variety and the 1000 shiny objects out there. I have limited income so am spread thin doing things that don’t really earn enough income on their own. So I’m time-poor – and cash-poor.

    I’m sick of that, and am ready to FOCUS. Follow One Course Until Successful.

    Action – I take action on the things I enjoy, and put off the things I don’t like. That’s probably normal, but it doesn’t create success. So I will change that by scheduling in all the tasks that need doing.

    Understanding my knowledge gaps (esp. technology), with the support of you guys, will help me move forward and identify the actions that need to be taken.

    Certainty – I have had doubts about my business for various reasons, but mainly the involvement of a partner with misaligned values. Being in charge now means I can clean it up and make it the way I originally intended.

    A big one for me will be chunking projects into small steps/actions, scheduling those actions, then completing them.

    Morning ritual is also going to be very important for me. In fact, I am going to do it NOW! Headspace is really my ONLY limiting factor.

    I have a great keystone product that gets results. Now to convert it into a sustainable online business! 🙂

    SECRET WEAPON #1:
    FOCUS:
    “Sell them what they want – Give them what they need”
    The ability to set your compass point in the right direction making sure your business is profitable.
    Understand and cement my Passion, get a business model and a niche that I can FOCUS in over the long term.
    Push myself into a bigger, better game week in, week out!

    WINNING PRINCIPLES:
    1. Focus on following my passion and if I’m going to maximise everything I have, I have to FOCUS on my passion and if it’s
    not remotely equal to my DREAM, then I’m wasting my time!
    2. Need to NAIL a PREMIUM, PROFITABLE NICHE and find the Cinderellas for my perfect glass slippers!
    I must have a PROBLEM that is painful enough, a PROMISE that is tangible and big enough and PROFICIENT enough
    to HELP people from that problem place to a big promise outcome to be able to do it without process.
    If you’ve got the PROMISE and you are PROFICIENT but there isn’t a big enough PROBLEM, there will be NO demand and if
    there’s no demand, I throw away the chance of having a profitable niche!
    If there’s a problem and I can SOLVE that problem, but there is NO PROMISE that is big and tangible, I will lack urgency and
    it will be hard to close a sale across the line!
    3. Need to pick a PREMIUM PRODUCT, a PROFITABLE BUSINESS MODEL > Free product, Key Product, Core Product.
    “If your FREE product is better than your competitor’s charge for, you will become an industry leader”

    SECRET WEAPON #2:
    ACTION:
    Ability to take higher leverage and growth activities in the business, anything that involves getting yourself out of
    your comfort zone as a thought leader.
    Every single action step that you take is going to put you that step closer to your next milestone.
    If you’re NOT taking action, there is NO progress, you’re NOT moving up, NOT moving down, you’re just there, stagnant.
    It can make or break the growth rate I have and gives me the ability to control my outcomes, my results, my cashflow
    and growth. Action CREATES Growth.

    WINNING PRINCIPLES:
    1. STEP-UP GROWTH: My results are based on my ability to climb up the steps of the ladder of success.
    Every week, define the growth activities and the high leverage steps that I’m going to take and based on
    these, control the action that I’m making throughout the rest of the week.
    With leverage and a premium model, everything that I do builds momentum and equity in my brand.
    2. MOVE QUICKLY:
    How I can actually get to the next step quicker and better than anyone else as I can climb them as quickly
    or slowly as I like but of course, what I climb, is what I get…..
    Take at least 3 pieces of ACTION every week for the entire year to maximise my leverage growth actions taken.
    3. MEASURE ON INPUT:
    Measure my results based on the INPUT that I take NOT the OUTPUT of what comes with the success.
    Make sure I measure my KPIs and reward myself based on the ACTION that I want to take.
    I will strive for at least 5 steps a week PLUS!
    I will base my growth and reward myself based on my ability to take high leverage business actions.
    To measure which steps I am doing each wee, I’ll be measuring what I say I’m going to do against what I am
    doing and for that way, I will know HOW quickly I am progressing and I can compare that directly against my KPIs
    to gauge how my ACTIONS relate to my RESULTS in a tangible manner.

    SECRET WEAPON #3:
    CERTAINTY:
    To have the ability to BE the best version of myself and have SELF-BELIEF I will be able to break through my fears and
    take more ACTION.
    If I have more FOCUS, it gives me more CERTAINTY and if I have more certainty, I will have more focus as they all
    IMPACT on each other!
    CERTAINTY directly impacts ACTION in a huge way! Without certainty you will still grow but very slowwwww……..
    RIDICULOUS GROWTH – If I get it right, I stand to achieve ridiculous growth both as a person and for my business, so
    if I can BACK MYSELF-UP and BELIEVE I can make a major impact on others, I will grow very fast!

    WINNING PRINCIPLES:
    1. COMMIT TO ALL – Have 100% commitment toward every task I do and do it to the best of my ability so that I can
    walk-up to my next step and measure my result based on my ability to do the step.

    THE CYCLE OF GROWTH: BELIEVE – ACT – ACHIEVE
    Place myself in a like-minded positive community to support others and also seek support to achieve great results.

    2. EMBRACE FEAR:
    Ideally, I would need to get addicted to living on the edge of my comfort zone, face my fears, jump off the cliff and
    go for it! Take all the actions I need to take in order to grow, whatever it takes!
    3. MORNING RITUAL:
    BE the best version of myself every single day and allow that rhythm to be my mantra for the rest of the day,
    every day. Not only will I get through the things that are outside my comfort zone, but also the level and volume of
    ACTION will also be of great growth.
    This morning ritual is the KEY to overcoming any fears as I propel myself to take massive ACTION to get massive
    result!
    I need to regularly remind myself to FOCUS because if I can control my ACTIONS and CERTAINTY by this morning
    ritual, and follow my “Steps to Success Ladder” I will achieve my objectives faster!
    And finally, commit to share my steps of action on Facebook page on a weekly basis.

    What are you most excited about over the next week?

    Starting to work with 1 new client
    Meeting a Regional Leader in MLM for referral to her team for clarity sessions.

    How to grow 100x faster than the average business owner or coach.

    Sell them what they want, give them what they need.

    Winning want results for coaches. What coaches need to do is what is taught in the seminar.

    Want, lead gen cashflow.
    Need… what will be covered in webinar.

    Focus
    Action
    Certainty

    Nothing will change unless these three things change. Every part of the program is founded on these three areas.

    Focus – gives the ability to understand our passion and get it cemented and jump from just passion to a business model and niche. If can maintain focus, every single step forward builds momentum into one cause, one direction.

    If you don’t focus, the results that come will not only mean no progression but regression. (progress backwards)

    Action is about progressing up the staircase of success. Pushing self to bigger and better game week in and week out.

    If only just began, small jump from step to step if fall down not too high.
    If trying to reach to high in stair case and fall. Too far down beyond previous steps going backwards.

    Action is My ability to take high leveraged growth activity in my business.
    Examples:
    Interviewing experts, writing books, engaging media, keynote presentation. Any thing where I am presented as a thought leader, webinars, challenges, events, joint ventures.

    Certainty is my ability to be in a state of self belief.

    No matter what task needs to be done I do with absolute self belief.

    Problem at this point. Most people move backwards. If can’t get focus put in the right way is like running backwards.

    Because we have high leverage models. Everything will push us in the right direction if we maintain focus.

    Understanding that we need the complete system. Action, focus and certainty.

    Allthough powerful on their own, when combined they create progression. Just like Pizza. Each ingredient is great, but together, Yum! ☺

    Summary. With focus I will always move forward. Worst thing that can happen is that I will progress slowly.

    Winning principles.

    Step 1. Follow my passion.

    Understand my passion is? Working with people? Change their life?

    2 options. House 1 in blue, dream path. Freedom life etc.
    in red house, everything other than my dream. Working for someone else doing similar thing. Get job in the meantime to build self up.

    If I look at red house., and I put 1 foot up on the ladder of the wrong house. 1 second on the wrong ladder is suicide. I am wasting time I could be climbing the Blue Ladder (dream life, business etc). The longer I spend on that ladder the less time I am on the dream ladder.

    Have to start fresh, bang, smack from the dream house. Need to be on the right staircase to build my dream.

    Step 2 Need to nail a niche. Profitable, I love and is perfect fit. Cinderella niche.

    3 things.

    Problem must be painful enough
    The Promise of what our program delivers is tangible enough
    I am Proficient enough to help take people through and help them achieve the tangible outcome they want by giving them what they need.

    If have some elements but not all, it will create lack of trust.

    Most coaches are good at what they do, can change anyone in front of them, but lack a problem. No specific tangible problem.

    If don’t have a problem painful enough = no demand.

    Lastly if problem and can solve but is not tangible, will be hard to get people across the line.

    Step 3. Pick a product. A profitable product. Keystone product.

    Don’t create filler products. What we want to do is have 1-5 k product 6 ,8 or 12 week.

    Core product. 6 – 12 month 5-50K next logical step forward.

    If my free content is better than what competitors charge for will make me an industry leader.

    Why do I want to use focus?

    It means I am not caught up in shiny object syndrome. Looking for the next big thing.

    Adopt Mike Dillards Principle on the Importance of mastering just 1 thing first and being the best at it.
    Keep compass point where it needs to be to achieve goal.

    If want to lose focus and moe onto different model. Do so after hitting 7 figures.

    DECIDE if I am going to keep focus until I have hit 7 figures? YES!

    Secret weapon no. 2 ACTION.

    ACTION – Its what will make or break the growth rate of my business.

    The sole thing winning team care about is about keeping focused, staying in action and having certainty.

    Action controls cashflow and creates growth.

    If we don’t implement action we go nowhere. If we don’t take action. (growth activities) thought leadership based activities, marketing.

    Most important thing is to be focused on marketing and thought leadership to get cashflow.

    How can we move forward and take growth activities. If we can get this right, will succeed rapidly. If ACTION.

    Most valuable?

    No action = NOW- HERE. Always here.

    Can’t change the fundamentals. 3 keys. Never get to a point where we feel confused as to why someone is succeeding?

    If no results ask self…. How many webinars, how many “buy my @#$% ads.” What has been launched. What steps taken?

    It’s impossible to move forward if you don’t take action. Results don’t magically flow in.

    Principle no. 1 Step up Growth.

    Results based on my ability to climb up the steps of success. Hence new activity the steps to success. Define the growth activity and steps to success I will take through out the week. More action. Define weekly and held accountable.

    My business is an infinite stair case.

    Example.. Tony robbins. How many steps he took to get where he is. How many seminars, how many talks, books, etc? answer thousands. Hence hundregs of financial milestones. He is not in an elusive place no one can get to.

    Step 1. Start.

    Every 20 steps we have a new financial milestone.

    the only way up is by taking action.

    Next 20 steps. 5K per week. To infinity.

    Goal? Climb up as many steps as possible taking the right steps. The ones that mean the next flag means financial milestone is bigger and better.

    There is a ninja on the stair case flying up taking massive action.

    Principle – how to move quicker and better than anyone else.

    We can climb up the steps as quickly or as slowly as I want.

    If I do 3 growth activities every week. Will be almost impossible to be doing less than 500K per year.

    Launch new challenge, webinar, approach companies to do keynote. Funnel, report, webinar, strategy session, another step. A new JV a new keynote preso a global summit. Launch and market blog, video blog, interview someone.

    Average business owner doesn’t go up that many steps. Think about previous versions of me? How quickly did I progress? FEAR held me back….

    Moving forward. Measure result based on input I take not on output of success.

    How can we progress 100 times faster than average business owner or coach?

    Eg? Plumber or electrician. 4 steps for the year. 1 step per quarter. How would that look. Plumber spends most time on work site traiing, or doing the work himself, admin, operations. These don’t count as step. They are not levegared based activities. Tick time over a hamster wheel.

    Average plumber 4 high leveraged steps per year. Eg> website built, get an SEOcompany to get found higher on google. 3 sign writing on their car or ute or work vehicle and lastly put an ad in the yellow pages.

    If plumber got to end of year and looked back would probably feel they did good.

    Where we are striving toward is 5 growth steps per week. If we can achieve 8 per week we will be hitting 7 figures rapidly.

    Base growth and reward on high leverage activities.

    Will grow faster by taking more action.

    Winning can provide the resources to ensure I am taking the right steps.

    Key Message:

    It doesn’t matter if the step is a win or loss. It’s not perfection. If took 20 steps, 10 could be wins 10 could be losses. Losses will give feedback to help improve moving forward.

    Why do we want to use this? Why do we want to execute on power of action?

    I Must in order to create momentum. The goal is to shift my paradigm to an action focused person. Where massive action is the norm not the exception. That has me operate at a higher level than where most other coaches are at.

    I am known as a person that consistently takes massive action and living outside my comfort zone is normal .

    DECIDE right now? Am I going to commit to me weekly steps on a consistent basis? Am I going to play mediocre or take more steps every week?

    Secret weapon number 3. Certainty.

    Certainty – the ability to be my best to have self belief and be unstoppable breaking through fears and taking action. With more focus there is more certainty and with more certainty can take more action and back self more.

    Certainty impacts action in a massive way.

    Without certainty will grow slow. Will grow just not fast.

    Won’t progress and won’t hit goals if not certain. I am here because of an amazing vision for the world.

    Show the world as a thought leader what deserves to be done.

    If we get it right. Awesome!. Will have ridiculous growth.

    Right now there are 1700 billionaires in the world 1200 are self made.

    All of the guys that have got there have more confidence that they need.

    I am my best to make an impact. Most of the people in the list don’t use the money to impact the world in a positive way.

    As a change agent I continue to grow ridiculously fast.

    What has been most valuable?

    “progress, not perfection” it’s about the steps not right or wrong.

    This model is based on what produces results.

    Understand what has to be done and be doing it.

    We need the ones creating the resources to make change in the world.

    Get past the fear of failure. JUST LAUNCH! (personal note. Good name for a program.)

    Winning principles around certainty

    Become the person that can easilty have focus action and certainty to see the results come out.

    Have a Commit to ALL attitude

    80% of the time you launch something you will get a result. Most of the time

    If I am going to do a video make it the best. If launchin an ad, do the best copy you can. Going to do it anyway so do it the best you can.

    Commitment starts in this sequence.

    Belief, ACT, Achieve. Everything starts with believe.

    If you know how easy it is to make seven figures will you take more action?

    If you act more are you going to produce more or less results?

    If achieve more, will it raise your belief or shrink it down?

    Belief, ACT, Achieve is a cycle. Growing in force like centrifugal force the circle gets bigger and bigger as it picks momentum!

    Very important to start with belief. Have certainty every day.

    Smash a ritual. Put yourself in a community with other people looking to smash it.

    If you think it’s hard to earn seven figures, will you take much action?
    If you take little action you won’t see much results.
    If you don’t achieve much what will it do to your belief? Will shrink it lower.

    Moving forward. Embrace FEAR.

    Have belief. Embrace fear. See that’s it’s there. The people who thrive on being on the edge of their comfort zone. The ones that get addicted to that are the ones that get the biggest results.

    Everyone has their own comfort zone relative to where you have been in your past.

    If yo look at tony robbins. His comfort zone may be bigger than my wall. But everytime I take an action outside my comfort zone. Eg launching a live event, or launching a new fb ads, contacting people to do interviews. The further you go outside the comfort zone, the bigger the result.

    This was ryan 10 months ago. Shitting himself outside his comfort zone. Committed he was going to do it. Did it, got a result. Grew like a rubber band.

    The thing is if you don’t continue to raise the standards and continue to stretch it will snap back. But if you continue to move forward you break through the elasticity level.

    Key Message:

    If you stretch an elastic band beyond elasticity, it will not return to original point.

    You have now stretched right to the next level. You say stuff it!. I am going to do it anyway.

    So if you want to think outside the comfort it is in proportion to your earning potential.

    Donald trump. Massive comfort zones. Can go from being 5 billion dollars up to being 500 million in debt? He has a huge comfort zone.

    Right now I have activities I want to do. But I haven’t done them. They are in the back of my head. What has that done for me? Stopped me from progressing up the stairs.

    The bigger the fear, the bigger the outcome!

    Morning ritual is the answer!

    Action is based on belief. The only way it won’t come through is if we surcomb to fear.

    If you go through and push massively in morning ritual will get through the day.

    The morning ritual is the answer. It allows you to be the best version of yourself every single day. Operate with 1000% belief.

    If you commit your self properly.

    The level and volume of action taken is grand.
    Morning ritual is the key to have the belief and the belief is the key to overcoming fear and taking action and massive action is the key to getting results.

    1. focus is something you need to be reminded.

    2. Action and certainty is what allows the rate of growth.

    3. If you can control action and certainty by morning ritual you will grow faster.

    4. Stretch action raise intensity.

    Be your best all the time to take more actions and grow results faster. In 9 years will raise 1 billion dollars for charity.

    Going to retreats is paramount.

    Go to monte carlo. No excuses other than fear.

    Do morning ritual every single morning to have certainty to grow fast.

    Why is it important to be at my best every single day? Why is raising my level of self belief a must for me and my business right now?

    Grow rate of action. Stop playing small. Play a bigger game. Why settle for less than being best?

    Nothing will change without change in these areas. We can control growth and success with these three areas.

    Focus – understand your passion and from their get your niche. If you can maintain focus over these time, your will build. If you lose focus, you’ll go backyards. Analogy of jumping off a staircase / building. Without this you move backwards.

    Pick a Product – make a Keystone product $1k – $5k and a Core product $5k – $50k

    If your free product is better than what other people are charging for, you’ll succeed

    Focus is a must to keep on track and reach the 7 figure goal. Otherwise chopping and changing will just see you constantly stepping on and off different ladders. Stay focused until you reach 7 Figures!

    Action is a choice and gives growth. Without action you go nowhere.

    Step up Growth – follow the steps consistently to reach each milestone –
